He attended the Law program at the University of Milan, where he graduated with top honors.

After passing the bar exam at the Court of Appeal of Milan, he began his professional career, specializing primarily in insurance law and civil liability. He provides both out-of-court and litigation consulting and assistance to leading insurance companies, MGAs, Coverholders, brokers, as well as private individuals.

For over fifteen years, he has been the head of Studio Legale Bassi, with offices in Milan, Rome, and Syracuse. The firm, founded in 1952, is now a Professional Partnership and includes numerous practicing professionals.

He collaborates with insurance companies, hospitals, public institutions, and private clinics, offering both out-of-court and litigation support in matters of insurance law, contract law, and civil liability.
