Activities

The Administrative Law Department, headed by Professor Stefano D’Ancona, provides out-of-court consultancy and judicial assistance to private individuals and public administrations in the field of public and administrative law.

Particular focus is given to public procurement, energy, environmental, and land use matters.

The department also offers legal advice and assistance to accounting officers, administrators, and public employees subject to liability and accounting proceedings before the Court of Auditors.
